If you've outsourced wholesale dialup services (e.g., to IKANO, Slipstream, Global POPs or someone else), which company did you choose and what's your experience been?
We're looking closely at IKANO, and would love some honest feedback about their services. We'll be integrating with RODOPI and Vircom VOP RADIUS.
