We outsource with Dial-up USA (Slipstream and national roaming only). They use Slipstream, which is our preferred engine. We have had some minor issues with billing, but they were more than helpful crediting our account on the blunders as well as telling us why it there was a problem in the first place. The only complaint is they don't seem to want to get the MAC client out. Slipstream only support OSX, but a few mac clients are better than none.

One thing about Slipstream, that is suppose to be fixed but haven't heard for sure, is that you cannot limit the number of simultaneous sessions. For some reason slipstream server sends back a -1 for the port info.

(I know I keep asking these kinds of questions, but this is a great source for some honest feedback!)

If you've outsourced wholesale dialup services (e.g., to IKANO, Slipstream, Global POPs or someone else), which company did you choose and what's your experience been?

We're looking closely at IKANO, and would love some honest feedback about their services. We'll be integrating with RODOPI and Vircom VOP RADIUS.

Thanks in advance. Feel free to contact me off-list at [EMAIL PROTECTED] if you prefer.
