1) I don't think so (at least there is no documented way). 2) I always get all controlled units. There might be errors loading the model. Can you open the model interactively using the batch mode's userid? Is the pathmap (if you are using one) set up correctly for that userid and machine? Are you getting any errors when loading all controlled units in the interactive mode (warnings are ignored by the batch program)?
