Hi Lisa

There is another option that you might want to consider - but only if you
are using other products (Rational and third-party tools like MS Project,
etc) too.  In the last Suite release (Nov 2002) - we have added
ProjectConsole to the underlying Rational Suite layer.  Apart from a lot of
metrics stuff - it also produces a project web site (including Rose models
and many other artifacts) and will update those elements at intervals you
specify.  I am not able to check if it solves your particular problem - but
it worth looking at.

This could be a sledgehammer to crack a nut (can't think of an appropriate
South African analogy for you - so all I can say is "boerewors" :-) but
given that you are publishing your project documentation - you may find the
other capabilities useful for your project.
