In other words, there likely are some macros out there that do put build-time
files in the `%{buildsubdir}` and we can't control those. We can control RPM's
own macros, though, and `%{__debug_install_post}` is the only "offender" in
this area, but fixing it also runs a risk of breaking some packages.
