Yeah ideally the debug*.list files would be stored in the top %{builddir}
directory, this goes for regular builds too, so it's not even --build-in-place
specific. I remember poking at it when we introduced the intermediate builddir
but there was something that made it harder than it initially seemed. I know
there is/was a bug on this someplace, just can't find it right now.
