All in all, the simplest fix would be to have %clean remove that file, I'm just
not sure if that's a scalable solution since it goes against the builddir
isolation thing and is easy to forget to update (when new temporary files are
added in the future). It also wouldn't cover any third-party macros that could
put their own stuff in there.
