Yep, this is basically about moving some RPM-related temporary files that were
historically available at a specific location and formed this undocumented
"interface" that some packages rely on. But this is no different from the
guaranteed build directory change, it's simply something that they'll need to
fix. We can provide them with a tunable to postpone that, indeed.
