I have conformed/patched some of them to recent Fedora packaging guidelines.
Just tvheadend-4.2.7 has a missing dependence (dtv-scan-tables) that is
not on Fedora neither on CentOS.
iirc, I never got dtv-scan-tables to build on EL7 and thus never built
tvheadend. Maybe a new pair of eyes could help if you have the time to
look at it.
