Also please take into account that because you rely on a fork of the pulseaudio
project, you will need to ask the upstream project (pulseaudio)
Really I think thoses patches should be merged in pulseaudio tree for the long
run.
But about the fdk-aac, I think it's a dependency that doesn't worth to enable
compared to use ffmpeg. (specially as it's only using LC-AAC which ffmpeg
should support just fine)
