Guys, in lib/RT/Interface/Email/Filter/TakeAction.pm file replace the
following line:
last if $line !~ /^(?:(\S+)\s*?:\s*?(.*)\s*?|)$/;
with
last if $line !~ /^(?:([^:]+)\s*?:\s*?(.*)\s*?|)$/;
stop and start server, test, report back. however this change will
make ':' character illegal in CF name.
