Since DCC decoders allow for a lot more independent control of locomotive
lighting, I have a couple questions...
In multiple unit diesel consists, are headlights, reverse lights, running
(classification?) lights and/or number boards routinely lit on training units?
Was there any "standard" convention for this or was it railroad by railroad or
even crew by crew?
Just wondering... I intend to do some drawbar coupling of units and just
wonder if lighting is required in trailing units if it is never used,
especially lights at both ends of "B" units...
