I just want to say that when a car is designed, some people seem as though they
don't really care to 'pay' for extra details. It seems to me that if all this
trouble is gone to to produce a specific car, I would want it to be done as
correctly and as detailed as possible. I mean let's face it, IF WE'RE LUCKY,
we'll see it made only once. Why not strive to put out the best we can have? I
personally do not look at ANY car with the attitude that it should be done
sub-par just to 'save' a few bucks. Is'nt it worth what it amounts little more
in cost, to go the extra mile and have a nicer detailed model? When something
such as this SAL car has all the time and effort put into it to show off it's
scale fidelity we should be happy that the designer and manufacturer went to
those lengths to go that 'extra' mile. That's what makes other modelers in
other scales sit up and take notice! They say; 'hey, maybe S scale has
something here!' And THAT"S because of the detail! It's basically only done
once in our scale.
Why not expect the best that can be offered?
If it fits into your era of modeling we all should care! I haven't turned in my
money yet either, since I too need to save for it, so I'll need the full two
months deadline.

another two cents. (that's 4 c. so far)
