All,
I have just finished assembling my 80 x 80 flat table I am making into a fixture for making corner module frames. They are nominally 30 wide throughout with a tip to tip of 96. This is an early design http://www.lanestrains.com/corner_module.pdf but the shape of what I am making now is still the same. You will easily be able to fit 3 tracks with a mid 50s radius. This is a 1 time opportunity to get a set made at the same time I am making mine. Currently it is going to be made completely from ¾ 12 ply birch furniture plywood, although I have yet to figure out how I am going to make the curved rear rail. That might have to be made from something else - still to be determined. Contact me directly if you are interested in buying a set. This is for >>just<< the frames - no legs or deck. I estimate the set to be $800.00. Getting them from South Jersey to your part of S land will be completely on you as well. Once I am done making my frames the fixture will get dismantled and the wood will likely get recycled into something else.
