Hi Bill;

Nice model, but that's a PS-1, not a pre-war welded PS boxcar ("PS-0" in model 
RR terms). The pre-war car had the pointed ribs of the PS "Car builders" end, 
the same or very similar to the ends on the SAL B-7 boxcar on its way from SMMW.

The car also looks more like a !@#$ Trainstuff model (cast in Epoxy resin" 
rather than the LWS cars which were injection molded in a soapy styrene 
plastic. I've posted two photos of some LWS parts, an undereframe in black 
plastic, Murphy roof in white, and two different ends. They are in the photo 
album "Pieter's Models".
