1- After a long series of fits and starts, I finally came up with a plan to implement operations. Having put in new yards at Reading and Mt. Union, I now have a more complete way to put together trains. I've been working on an on-line operations guide since I have a computer located near the layout. The guide is at: http://royhoffman.com/pwrr/opguide.html There's provision on the website for creating car cards and waybills Car cards = http://royhoffman.com/pwrr/carcard.html Waybills = http://royhoffman.com/pwrr/waybill.html There are instructions on how I produce my own car cards and waybills, but anyone can use the web pages to produce their own car cards and waybills by creating templates to paste the information into. I also utilize special cards for each industry on the layout to aid in the production of waybills.
