Bill, Trains were admittedly short, but the wheels on my models are P:64 wheels... and they had no trouble going or coming on the NASG switching layout. Code 88 wheels qualify as "FINE"-scale whereas P:64 are "PROTO"-scale.
There was a problem... but it turned out to be with the point rail of a turnout, not the wheels. Longer trains WILL be tested ASAP.
