The track plan will basically be the one from Lance Mindheim's "How to Build a 
Switching Layout" scaled up for S.  Here's an online adaptation:

The track layout isn't all that different from Starkville, MS where the IC 
served a condensed milk plant, a feed mill and lumber yard on the same siding, 
and a team track.  If I model prior to 1968 (which I may be forced to do on 
account of available equipment), the GM&O interchanged with the IC in that same 
area of town, so another turnout may be warranted.
