This looks really excellent. A few extremely minor comments. (1) You have 2 photos of Lenstra, p133+p137. I'm not sure if that was intended. (Also, one is "Lenstra" and the other is "Hendrik Lenstra", yet the references have papers by both H Lenstra and A Lenstra.) (2) The Juno Reactor cover art on p141 was not very clear on my printout but I guess you can just let the printer worry about that. (3) On p162, shouldn't "riemann's" be capitalized?
