Yep, the same experience here, I also use it in Debian with WinXP
loaded in it to test sympy and it just works.

One problem is that the images are not compatible between releases of
virtualbox, so when I upgraded my Debian sid, I had to reinstall
windows, because the old image didn't load in newer virtualbox. That
sucks, but one can live with it.
