Perhaps if one has multiple terminals open just waiting to test things
all the time.  But at least for some contributors, testing on one
platform is already a big job, given their access to machines, or time
constraints (some add a few patches and then disappear for a while).

However, to have something the release manager could try to have as a
robo-duty seems much more reasonable.
