Hi William.

My top 4:

     Doctests drive me crazy:
     1. whitespace error in doctest causes A Mysterious Error.
                   http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/ticket/7993

The documentation is not in a very good shape:
     2. Reference manual: class hierarchy, inherited members, underscore
variables
                   http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/ticket/7549
Which could be used to solve the following issues
2+1/2 Improve sphinx rendering of categories in reference manual.
                   http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/ticket/7448
2+2/3 Annoying warnings when building the HTML reference manual
                   http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/ticket/8244
2+3/4 Build the reference manual incrementally
                   http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/ticket/6495

     3. Sage takes too long to startup still:
                   http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/ticket/8254

As usual, there are three kinds of people in the world: those who can count,
and those who cannot.

Cheers,

Florent
