I fully appreciate environmental variables, but
I am just talking about *feasibility* of getting rid of g95 supplied
with Sage in fortran spkg, nothing beyond this
point.
If this is feasible, then the whole thing with using whatever Fortran
one pleases would look much cleaner, IMHO.
