Accepted notation is another can of worms.  Conjugate-transpose can be
an exponent that is a star, dagger or the letter H.  And sometimes a *
just means complex conjugation.


In numpy, the conjugate transpose is A.H, the transpose is A.T, and the inverse is A.I. I'd love if we adopted those shortcuts (as properties that return new matrices, not functions).
