I think the technician at Sun who assembled my Sun must have thought it a bit odd. I ordered it with a 3.33 GHz quad core Xeon CPU (over £1000 at the time), a graphics card which was over £600, but only had 2 GB RAM and a single 500 GB disk.

I then bought another 10 GB of third-party RAM, another 500 GB disk and a pair of 2 TB disks.
