Keep your eye on disk space since /sagenb is on its own separate 57GB partition:

sagenb@mod:~/sage_install$ df -h /dev/sdb1
Filesystem            Size  Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/sdb1              57G   44G  9.7G  82% /sagenb
