I think this is what install_scripts() does, but I could be wrong. Actually I just read the code of install_scripts() and it requires sage be in PATH so that is not an option after all. I suppose I can have them choose a directory which is in their PATH and make a symlink there. Maybe I could just have them choose from either ~/bin or /usr/local/bin.
