Which parameter are you referring to?

The time-out in SA is set to 200 and 100 in the ini file.

The error message seems to indicate that Servers alive cannot find your file, can you try this as the first parameter on the external check tab:

I know a lot has already been discussed on SMTP2POP3 - but I'm fairly a novice on SA. The status of the check is returned as "NOT OK" even though the mail is sent to the pop3 address.
Apart from the entry for application path to execute what info should I be providing on the External tab. Please see below my config and also the error from the log file.
