It's kind of similar; except the Network port was current-loop based, and used differential drivers to boost the signal over a longer distance than MIDI was designed to handle. > I don't know of SamDos actually worked with this or not. SAMDOS had some problems with the network; effectively disabling it with its filename parser, I believe. Simon
