Alt+Gr is still Right Alt.
At least when you use DirectInput.
In addition (I hope that) most AltGr keyboards are used in US mode when
using international software.
So I think it is more important to support US keyboard (@" swapped) than
cope with AltGr. (I have AltGr and I have never use it.)
