I suffering also with lot's of (little) problems.
Agree, only when some users are willing to help.
At least there must be a mimimum Support organisation for users who payed.
Open source does it better.
That's a problem with most "one guy" products.

Sambar runs here together with a IRC and a Newsgroup server with a Pentium
II 333Mhz and a old 8 gig 5200 harddisk and 128 Mb Ram.
We have now ~ 400 unique visitors with ~15000 hits a day (most readers), and
I think still no need to upgrade.
