There are no "rules" about it, but I don't think its going to help
things.
Well yes , if the people are happy with Sandesha then they can use that
, if they are not happy then they can try the new implementation and
deiced what good for them. So if the new one is good then we can figure
out making that as the new sandesha else we can throw that away. Simple
as that.
Any revolutionary rewrite like this by a subset of the community is
going to make an uncomfortable situation.
If you look back the Axis2 history then you can make the same argument
for Axis2 too. When we start Axis2 everyone from Axis1 did not jump and
contribute it was also a subset of people. But I remember all most all
the others contribute for that giving there past experiences and various
opinions (Not at the code level). So I think exact same thing happening
here as well.
