Not sure if this has anything at all to do with it as I"m so new to this, but I went over to the *Instant Payment Notification (IPN) simulator* and put in my web address for the site and selected *Cart Checkout *as the transaction type and it gave me "*IPN delivery failed. HTTP error code 403: Forbidden" *Of course, that's probably a permissions error, just a guess. I did check my logs and it finally gave me something, like this: *"POST / HTTP/1.0" 403 2536 "-" "-" *
**Of course, this could mean absolutely nothing and I'm looking at something that really isn't the issue here but not sure.
