I think that's the way to go. If a user wants on a specific site a smaller
size than the size that he choose as default one, he should indeed take care
of that by himself.



I think there's a somewhere a page on the w3c website that deal with this
issue but I was unable to find it back.



As conclusion, I would say it is important to try to make exceptions with
parsimony. Bigger and smaller font size are useful to highlight title,
organize data -- but using this to override user settings is an abuse.
