Follow-up Comment #3, bug #2307 (project savane):
Strange to see 8859-5 while the original translation was done in KOI8-R. While
you switch it to UTF-8, please ask the author of the translation to test it
_live_ on the web site. To put it in nice way, some items are translated *not
precisely correct*.
