Follow-up Comment #38, task #2874 (project savane):
There's a bug somewhere, on CC list comment (which is passed to
utils_make_links), there are <p> and </p> added around the comment.
See attached screenshot.
I think this is due to the wiki markup that someone make a mistake.
(utils_make_links is used in many places for simple strings, that cannot be
surrounded by <p>)
