Follow-up Comment #42, task #2874 (project savane):
Ok, I'm currently changing utils_wiki_markup() to accept a second parameter.
With that parameter, you can specify in which context you currently are (e.g.
news, comment, short comment) and the markup function would behave
accordingly.
