Ok, I think I know under my scenario what happens:
* request is skipped because of too much blank
* current is set to None
* get_frame does nothing, check the code
My proposition is to add some blank to the frame. After all, is_ready will
definitly returns false is current = None, so the only situation when this
may happen is this scenario...
