Thanks for the pointer. It does build and work on SL5.5 too. Better than gxps for displaying a .xps file on the screen without needing to convert it to pdf first. But if you do want to convert the file to pdf, or print it, it's not immediately obvious whether mupdf can do that. Maybe I just haven't looked hard enough. Stephen Isard
