What did you do differently? You don't mention getting the third party libraries at http://www.mupdf.com/download/mupdf-thirdparty.zip as instructed in the README. I did and unzipped them in the mupdf-0.9 directory. Apart from that, I just did "make" the way you did. Stephen Isard
