Sorry for the dual post. I got an undeliverable before it posted so I
resent.
Still I won't waste bandwidth with an apology so here's how I got cardmgr to
see the pcmcia reader:
In /etc/pcmcia/config I added the following lines:
in the device section:
device "gpr400_cs"
class "serial" module "gpr400_cs"
Then down with the other serial devices I added:
card "GEMPLUS"
version "GEMPLUS", "GPR400", "V1.1", ""
bind "gpr400_cs"
And now cardmgr happily beeps on card insertion and insmods just fine on its
own. Of course I can't get TCL to see it yet, but that's another story. I'll
let you know when I get that fixed too :)
