If you ordered more than a couple of months ago, then Kracor was still in the retail business. They were sold in June, and things have now changed. It may have even taken a while for the change to happen after the sale. My understanding is that Yamaha intends to supply boat builders and it's own internal needs. Sounds as if they are out of the retail aftermarket. When I was replacing my aluminum holding tank (that had weird glowing blue crystals on it and didn't fit right anyhow) I got in touch with Kracor. They were willing to sell to me (eleven years ago), but had none of that size in stock and would charge me $200 to set up the mold, plus tank cost plus shipping from Florida. I had a tank custom-made locally for about the same price.
