In this discussion, we have 1. (+1) from our Mentors(Willem, Mick, Ignasi), all PPMCs(Sheng Wu, Xin Zhang, Haoyang Liu, Yongsheng Peng, Hongtao Gao) and some committers. 2. Many people(48 participants) from community show up in GitHub discussion[1], all of them support us heading to graduation to TLP. Also, we have decided 1. Sheng Wu as the first VP of project 2. Set VP Chair rotation mechanism of the project for all PMCs.
