The color is an indication of larger particles (usually crystals) so you have over 5-10 PPM, but I would try for a strong Tyndall, before you get the color! If you can see a cloud while processing, you probaly have formed crystals - we use light circulation in our unit to avoid crystal formation! As to distilled water, we have often gotten from our super market DW of over 5 PPM (18PPM was the max.), so you may still be making mostly compounds! The PWT pure water tester from Hanna would be a good investment ($49), since, if you do not know what you start with, you have no idea what you end up with! Hi All, As long as I have been hanging around here, you would think I would know all the answers to making my own but I have used store bought till recently. My silver either looks blackish while being made or looks golden and then turns blackish some timer later, within a few days/week. While making ,it looks like the cloud coming off the wire is black. I remember seeing reference to possibly getting sterling wire and this making the wrong color. How can I be sure my wire is the right wire? Can I take it to a local jeweler and can they tell me? Today I was able to get out with Rose in the car for a couple of hours to do errands. All three kids started to come down with it Monday afternoon. Rosie seems to be getting at least partial protection from the flu inoculation she got at the hospital where she works. All she's got is some sinus flareup. Hi Bret, Sometimes it's easier to see the beam if you hold it behind the vessel and direct the light toward you and down a bit, making sure it doesn't shine in your eyes. That way you're looking into the length of the beam instead of across it.The particles show up much better doing it that way. They must have put a really nasty bug in the chemtrails in the last week or so. My daughter has also gotten a nasty flu, while taking CS as well. I have carpal tunnel syndrome and when it's severe enough, I've had to resort to wearing wrist braces which keep the hand in a position which is less stressful. I've heard that there is a vitamin or mineral supplement that will help with this but I can't remember what it is at the moment. My brother had it and he had surgery for it but I'd have to really be in an intolerable situation before I'd resort to surgery.
