Re: CS>a good read on H202 and Dentistry.
Hi Himagain and Group, Just thought to add my .02 in. I use about 1:10 ratio of 3% H202 (35% Food Grade diluted with DW to 3%) in my Waterpik at least once a week -- 90% H2o2 to 10% water. Not only do I no longer have cavities, my teeth are really white, and my gums are returning to normals after beginning to recede. I also use CS whenever I bite the side of my gums or my tongue, or if I burn my gums or tongue with something hot (hot food or beverage). I carry one squirt bottle of H2o2 and one squirt bottle of CS with me wherever I go. I make my own CS and I buy my 35% Food Grade and dilute it to 3%. Denise, Your post is very interesting. Can you refer me to where you are getting this information about thyroid and goitrogenic substances. I love cruciferous vegetables, I am raw, and I have a thyroid condition. So I would be very appreciative if I could read up on this. Thank you. Sasha ---Original Message--- From: Denise Every Date: 03/16/05 19:44:16 To: silver-list@eskimo.com Subject: Re: CS>No more toothpaste Fluoride depresses thyroid function. In fact, years ago, before doctors started using radioactive iodide to squelch thyroid function in hyperthyroidism, they used to use fluoride! (Which REALLY begs the question why fluoride was ever added to municipal water systems... is it any coincidence that hypothyroidism is practically a pandemic in people, and even in our dogs???) However, one thing to consider regarding hypothyroidism is that the amount of functioning gland tissue varies with each individual. For some people who have mild hypothyroidism, fluoride and other goitrogenic substances like soy and cruciferious vegetables (broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, kale, etc. in their raw states, cooking seems to destroy the goitrogenic compounds), stopping their intake might well help their thyroid function return to normal or near-normal levels. But others, who have more severe hypothyroidism, may have little or no thyroid function left, and thus may not have any improvement when stopping their use. I feel a wise course would be to stop goitrogenic substances (things that depress thyroid function), like fluoride, soy, and raw cruciferous vegetables, and NOT change your thyroid medication until you have a thyroid function test to see what effect stopping them might have. If stopping them has had a beneficial effect on your thyroid, your blood levels will reflect that and then the medication can be decreased accordingly, or even stopped. But since the thyroid is SUCH an important gland (and one whose importance I think is often underestimated), you would be doing your body a great disservice by just stopping the medication because you're not using fluoride products any longer. Ode, Erna You speak my language. For this post, I have substituted the Self with the word dowser and I know you will understand. I agree, we are all born dowsers . This is a universal law. But, unfortunately, in just a short while we forget WHAT we are. Our entire being is a dowsing mechanism, that can go deep, high, far, and wide in every direction, and we can learn to use it as such. Each of us is born with this ability, this innate quality, and this orientation. When we stay present and tuned in to that orientation or sensitivity, we develop mastery or expertise, and become exactly what we are A Full Human BEING. We are always seeking outside of ourselves to find that which is. By bits, and pieces of the whole, we come together in such groups as these to share our expertise, our bit and piece, and to integrate into the larger dowsing energy that other dowsers contribute in order to attempt to experience the whole. I'll bet if you asked any old time dowser about 'trust' he would look at you funny, and ask, "What do you mean?" This is because -- A good dowser is TRUST. He/She is a piece of what is and doesn t question it, that would be seeking outside of oneself again. There is no question, not even the thought about trust. He/She simply Knows. And, for those practicing, a good dowsing tool can be your friend. It is a tool that can be used to attract insight with just a question. The deeper the question, the deeper the opening. All it is is an extension of the energy of the Universe. I realise that this biotensor (or dowsing rod, or pendulum or even a string with a wedding ring!) are all only MEANS or TOOLS. We people have forgotten who we really are, but as soon as we dare to trust again completely on our feeling or intuition (= our Higher Self or what you want to call it) we don't need biotensors or any of this kind of tools anymore. We then simply KNOW what we need to know, for instance if the amount of CS is enough to clear the water. And we are able to heal ourselves by just concentrating with warm attention on the painful spot. I am sure that by using such a device one's intuition gets stronger, so that at a certain moment you don't need it anymore - you just KNOW. But until then, I am very happy that I am able to use such a useful device, as it strenghtens the intuition as well. Erna

G Murray, I have been trying to figure out what is causing your kids skin peeling, and was think two things. Parasites which are more common than most people think. Most of us have them, even children. Plus when I saw debs post to you and thought I would chime in here. Deb suggestion of kefir makes a lot of sense as Kefir supplies calcium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorous, vitamin a, b1, b2, b6, b12, folic acid, niacin, c, d, e, as well as trace elements, and a host of amino acids. I normally sell the kefir I make throughout the U.S., but in this case, I would be most pleased to be able to share my kefir grains with you for whatever it costs to ship them to you. And I will supply documentation so that you will be able to consistently and continually culture and maintain a home-brew for the kids or teach them how to make this easy tasty treat. All it costs is the milk. The kids will love it as you can add their favorite spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and honey and vanilla, carob, coconut, almond, or whatever they like. I have a positive feeling that all of the packed vitamins, minerals, amino acids and probiotics will help to eliminate their skin problem, plus what we are talking about here is the root cause of the skin problem which sounds like it has not been as yet discovered or detected. Please, do not buy store bought kefir. It has chemicals and preservatives in it and will more than likely not help, and even exacerbate the problem. If you would like more information, please e-mail me off-list, and I can be of some help I hope. Kefir is beneficial for so many physical ailments, as well as treating stress, insomnia, and restlessness. Warm regards, Sasha

Hi Folks, I have been trying to figure out what is causing your kid's skin peeling. I saw deb's post to you regarding kefir and thought I would chime in here, as it makes total sense. And I will supply documentation so that you will be able to continue to culture and maintain a fresh supply of beautiful brew at home for the kids. They will love it, too as you can add their favorite spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and honey. They will drink it up readily, and hopefully, all of the packed vitamins, minerals, and pro-biotics will help their skin problem. As I am thinking, they might even want to get involved in the brewing and culturing of their own kefir since it is such a fun and tremendously simply thing to do. Just strain and add milk, whole or raw, goat or cow. If you go the route of Kefir, I would heartily recommend 'Home-brewed' kefir for the taste quality, and lack of preservatives which the kids don't need. If you would like more information, please e-mail me off-list. Kefir is beneficial for so many other physical ailments, as well as treating insomnia stress, and restlessness. Warm regards, Sasha

Re: CS>phantom pains and their remolval
Faith, Thank you. Your post also reminds me of the fact, that phantom limb pains can be felt due to the communication taking place between the external energy meridians surrounding the body and the internal energy meridians running through the body. Channels or pathways connect the two and electrical signals pass between them. These can signal pain. This is one of the reasons why when an extremity is surgically removed or lost via accident, a person can still feel the arm or leg. This can be very painful, and the pain further contributes to the disability. I have read that EFT done by a qualified practitioner will enable release of the pain through the release of the energetic memory of the missing limb. My experience, as an EFT practitioner, as well as other EFT practitioners, shows that this is true. Formerly they even gave injections for these symptoms (if I remember well is was a gold-residue the injections were derived of). I don't know if they still do. CS>EFT and Alcoholism
Terry Chamberlain and Group, Yes! Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) does absolutely work for Alcoholism! as well as, many other physical diseases and ailments directly related to blockages in the body's energy system. EFT is mostly used for eliminating negative emotions such as fear, anxiety, grief, stress, phobias, compulsions etc. It is used for changing habits, tendencies, perceptions, beliefs, behaviors, etc. The hypothesis surrounding EFT is that 'ALL negative emotions are caused by a blockage in the body's energy system.' Blockages may lead to pain within the mental, emotional, physical, or spiritual realms of being human. Also, it is this blocked energy that causes pain, suffering, disease, and possibly early death. Please, Do Not get the idea though that EFT is a cure for any addiction, including alcoholism. It Definitely Is Not! What it is, is an empowering self-help protocol, or methodology, that can be taught to anyone who is interested in learning it. In the case of alcoholism, it will eliminate the desire for a drink. For someone who is addicted to smoking, it will eliminate the desire for a cigarette. For someone who is overweight, it will eliminate the desire to overeat, or eat the wrong things, no matter what the reason. EFT works even if you don't believe in it, and don't want to believe in it, or even if you force yourself to not believe in it. In such instances though, you must work with a trained professional in the EFT technique. If EFT is being used for an addiction such as drinking, smoking, eating, he/she must continue to use Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) when the craving or desire arises. Keep in mind though the craving will also be greatly reduced, and possibly eliminated. EFT takes only a minute or two to perform on yourself, and can be done anytime, and anywhere, even while driving or brewing up your favorite drink, CS. Alcoholism is a psycho-biological disease and must be treated as such. Please e-mail me "Off List" if you are interested in any further information or assistance. Mike, I hope I did not overstep the list rules. But EFT as well as CS are life saving modalities. EFT is quite miraculous, and a true blessing for those interested in learning and utilizing a most profound and an effective tool to reduce, eliminate, or self-regulate pain, suffering, and disease in ones life. It is a powerful tool for self-help/growth/healing/and transformation. I am a Ph.D. Practitioner of Energy Psychology and Meridian Therapy. EFT is the major protocol I use with all of my clients since it is so effective, practical, and successful. You may never have heard of EFT before, but it has rapidly, (within the last 10 years), gained enormous support and popularity around the globe, within all spectrums of allopathic and alternative healing practices. It is a modality which is truly bridging the gap between the allopathic medical practices and holistic/alternative healing. More than that, it is bridging the gap between mind, heart, matter, and spirituality. We now know these truly are not separate. Cheers To You Health Group! Re: CS>Colloidal silver
Mike stated, . . . To an extent they are correct, in that alternative medicine, as it's practiced on the internet, is a chaotic zoo of conflicting claims, belligerant hucksterism, fanatical debunking, and utter lunacy. If you are looking for an excuse to dismiss the whole thing, you *will* be able to find all the justification that you need. I'm sorry, I had to read the specific paragraph of your post several times to allow the shock that YOU actually wrote that sink in, and take time to let the sting of your opinion wear off. I found your one particular paragraph astonishing, embarrasing, and ill-stated. I am wondering what an intelligent person such as yourself is thinking. If you are going to slam an industry with hundreds of thousands of dedicated and competent people devoting their lives to it, it would be most appreciated that you state "TO WHAT EXTENT" you actually do mean. I come from 30 years of education, training, and experience working in this field of alternative and holistic health, and my experience is that like anything else, there are those who are quacks, hucksters, and people simply out to make a buck anyway they can. These people can be found in all industries, in all walks of life, and yes, on the internet, of course. But to say, that alternative medicine as it is practiced on the internet is ". . . . "; I find very shallow, opinionated, and simply creating much more harm than good. It does a dis-service to those who are not in the above category which by the way, are most; and provides an even greater loss to those who might have just tried alternative means to save their lives and the health themselves and their loved ones. But, because you are held in high regard, some people, not all, will take your word for it. CS is not the only possibility for health and wellness. Hi V, Then exactly what is meant when some talk about coconut cream? Sasha ---Original Message--- From: V Date: 04/14/05 01:48:25 To: Raine Subject: CS>Re[2]: CS>Re[2]: CS>Cataracts Cured Hi Raine, The coconut water is the actula water out of "young coconuts". Its different than coconut milk or cream. cocnut milk is usually the coconut meat that has been juiced and filterd so its white. the coconut water is clear and sweet, real great for drinknig with lots of enzymes and minerals, but only from young coconuts.

As an avid CS user and group member for the past few years I stumbled onto EFT after having a severe panic attack ( caused by the loss of my second job) which was so bad I wound up in the hospital thinking I was having a heart attack. Thank God my heart is fine after all the tests. The panic/anxiety attack was so bad I wanted to die. After I got home from the hospital I stumbled onto EFT while surfing through the curezone.com forums and downloaded the free EFT manual from the Emofree.com site. I read through the manual and within a couple of hours was using the meridian tapping method for panic/anxiety. I felt a great deal of relief and the attacks subsided and I'm sleeping better too. I have since through EFT, helped several friends reduce pain and suffering from carpal tunnel, fibromyalgia, arthritis, sinus congestion, dizziness, asthma, neck and shoulder pain, liver/gallbladder pain, chest pain, performance anxiety, depression, and headaches. I am simply overwhelmed at the number of ailments both physical and mental that respond to this simple therapy that is both free and painless. I strongly recommend that all list members download this manual from emofree com and try using the technique for whatever you are suffering from. I don't quite understand how it works but I know that it WORKS! It will one of the best investments of an hour or two of your time you will ever make. RE: CS>Candida, FMS/CFIDS, Leaky Gut
Lori, Thank you very much for this concise and reasonable explanation of Fibromyalgia. Now that makes sense. I would also add to check your surrounding environmental material as in home building and structural materials. That reminds me of Baubiology. I know -- you are asking - now what the heck? . . . . . So for those of you who don't know, but yet, want to know, go to the following links I have provided. There is a whole new world for you to involve yourselves in if you have the time and the interest. Baubiology has been around for years and the study and practice originated in Germany. For those of you looking for a career past retirement, and/or just a fabulous career for self-employment and are home health and safety environmentalists, I think you are going to like this. Not many people in the US know about Baubiology. When you mention it their head cocks to one side and they say, hhhhh? America is sometimes lax (and I might add arrogant) in keeping up with the rest of the world when it comes to protecting our health, home, and safety. Of course, I say this politely and only out of the great desire to share the good. Blessings and Great Health to all, Sasha http://store.yahoo.com/building-biology/index.html http://www.eco-web.com/cgi-local/sfc?a=/index/index.html&b=/register/03051 html http://baubiologie.us/learn/sample/programinfo.html http://baubiologie.us/secure/register.cfm http://www.corporatecreatives.com/onlinestudyprogram.html ___ Subject: RE: CS>Candida, FMS/CFIDS, Leaky Gut And then I would find out what is causing the adrenal and thyroid problems. A lot of "diseases" today are no more than diagnosing a set of symptoms and then prescribing meds for them. Fibromyalgia is a breakdown in the lining surrounding nerve tissue. The diagnosis is simply realizing that the lining surrounding the nerves is breaking down leaving holes causing extreme pain. Medications are prescribed to control the pain. Yet studies have shown (http://www.johnleemd.com) that fibromyalgia is due to xenoestrogens in our environment. Soy, plastics, bleach, Vaseline, mineral oil (check the labels of your lotions, shampoos etc)and any petroleum based product give off environmental estrogen. The result is a hormonal imbalance that can cause a host of problems including thyroid problems. Lori __ Hi Jason - > Have you had your thyroid checked? Jodi From what I have been reading, it really looks like I have adrenal or thyroid problems. Thanks for pointing this out! :-) I will let you know what I find out... _jason_

Re: CS>OT: Help With Dog Injury
Raine, Hon, my heart goes out to the doggy, your friend and you. Please, do the doggy a favor; at least, get an x-ray. Then you will know how serious the injury is, and can work on it yourself with any advice from friends. But, if it is something serious, and you don't treat it now, the doggy might be in pain for a long time to come. They don't normally show pain, as this is not a good thing if you are an animal. In the wild you would be prey, killed, and eaten. Dogs have retained this aspect of not showing pain even though they are now domestic animals. Plus, if there is damage to the hip bone or any other bone and not taken care of now, it will set as is and possibly cause more harm to other areas of the dogs life. Doggy is much to young at only 6 mos. to have to suffer for the rest of its life. As for the lump on his neck, he probably sustained injury there and it could be inflamed, or a clot, or a bruise. Although it may not appear that doggy needs professional attention, they normally do after being hit by a car. Please don't do this to the doggy. ---Original Message--- From: Raine Date: 05/08/05 15:02:26 To: undisclosed-recipients:, Subject: CS>OT: Help With Dog Injury My friend has a dog who was hit by a car yesterday. A financial emergency (that also occurred yesterday) makes a trip to the vet impossible. He is walking fine, eating, pottying, doesn't favor the rear, left leg/hip, but it will "give out" on occassion. She also says when he sits down, the leg/hip flops to the side. (Also, afterward he developed a lump on his neck? Any idea what that's about?) I've offered to help her treat him, and am hoping to draw on the wisdom of others who may have experience here. A bit of info on the dog; he's about 6 months old, Rott/Shepherd/Chow mix. We just adore him- he's my surrogate fur-child, so my heart is just breaking for him.
