But now the selection of the static or not static binary is not there anymore in the plugin's settings, so it doesn't start. I thought maybe the plugin determines which binaries to make available for selection in the settings, by checking some variable in the LMS server, or something. And now it can't find it so none of the binaries is returned. But of course I don't understand any of that stuff and can only speculate. Maybe it's time for me to try the restore command for me. mnd's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=69064 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=108702 ___ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter

Re: [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] LMS 8.0.0 Questions
Good question. I don't have Spotify etc. But radio didn't work either, and now does. But I don't think it was an IP problem. My router discovers it as a wired connection with the correct IP and MAC address IP might be correct, but DNS and/or gateway could be wrong. That's all pretty much irrelevant if only you let LMS proxy the streams, but vital if you want to strem to your device directly. -- Michael ___ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter

But later, because I did some updates to the Qnap firmware and some of the apps. And was inpatient with QLMS update, which got stuck for half an hour at 80%, so I cancelled it.. Now the QLMS application status is stuck on "starting" in the QTS webpage, also I saw the notification that it tried to start in safe mode, but it's still stuck.
