The consistent solution is actually to go to the folder where temporary
files are stored(click view files in ie options window) and then select all
the file or just remedy midtier

I guess the obvious is can you get the user on a newer browser? I
think IE7 is technically no longer supported in 7.6.04

did all we can.. Error is the following::
She gets the front screen, and then logs in, which works.. then.. Wham
blank screen..
