Sam, If you marked the living private during your export, then they are private and you won't be able to see them when you upload. Redo the file, don't mark anyone private and upload it to FTDNA. Once FTDNA gets it, it will ask if you want the living private or not. A quirk though is if you have

Sam, If you have carefully checked the dropdown and your sister name is not in the dropdown then you need to make sure she is in the GEDCOM file you used to upload the tree. This will involve making a new GEDCOM and uploading again. If you are still having problems then you can send the GEDCOM
