Router crash - what does output mean

Hi all, Our Cisco 3640 router at the DRP site crashed. Router was in "rommon1" when I got there. By pressing "i", the router rebooted and came up fine. The output of the show ver is below. What does the error message mean - does it (PC 0x603503CC) point to a specific cause..? ROM: System
