Hi,
Noticed that the printer install no longer allows the selection of a
printer driver (automatically defaults to gimp-print). Any reason?
I am asking because the gimp-print driver does not support Duplex
printing for the HP-990C, only the cdj970 did.
Also, after doing a minimal install the

Interesting. Because this _used_ to work in Cooker (dragging from the panel
and the kmenu to the desktop, as a user) but didn't yesterday. Maybe the KDE

Why is e2image (part of the e2fsprogs package) not included in Beta 3? Is it
not compatable with ext3 ? (It's not in Rosewell either, btw).

Well, I have no answer to that, perhaps it is enough that Mdk and Linux is
built as versatile as it is, thus the manual way will always be there.

It is already there. What does not work is configuring LVM with
diskdrake after installation (due to devfs naming confusion). Everything
you describe further on is already there if you configure as expert. You

I do not quite understand what's going on but there was no Russian in
installer again, just question marks. Were there any changes since
yesterday?
The "keep time in GMT" and "NTP sync" are too hidden. I only
accidentally discovered that installer wanted to keep my time in GMT
(because I had to install in English and then correct timezone). Most
people would not even know such options exist because install summary
would show correct value and

Hi!
There are bad dependencies in linuxconf-lang. Probably there are spaces
missing in the .spec file. It requires a package like this
linuxconf-1.26-3mdk
and not linuxconf of version 1.26-3mdk
